How do we reserve our wedding date?
You can fill out our booking questionnaire or send us an email with your wedding date and information along with the package you have selected. We will then send you a proposal for acceptance of our services. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to book with Utu Design Studios for your wedding day. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to your event.

How are the videos delivered?
All packages will include both a digital copy and a physical USB drive. We can also include a motion book album which showcases your captured wedding day highlights in a photo album format.

What happens if my wedding plans change?
Please inform us as soon as possible if your wedding date or details change. We will do our best to accommodate adjustments, but please review our cancellation and rescheduling policies for more information.

How long after the wedding will I receive my videos?
The typical turnaround time for video delivery is 6-8 weeks after the wedding. This may vary based on the complexity of your package and any additional edits or requests. Teasers (If added to package) are delivered about 2 weeks after the wedding.
